Year 10 Homework:
Aims:
The aim of this and any homework in Art is to ...
| 1. | Practise in order to raise ability and self confidence with some basic art skills. |
| 2. | Develop positive work habits that prepare students for further study and ensure they are better equipped to cope with deadlines. |
| 3. | Increased focus on drawing and research, allowing consistent feedback from evaluations of the homework done and thus raising the student's understanding and skill level. |
Instructions:
| 1. | Students must complete 30 minutes per week from the allocated task in the booklet. |
| 2. | Students may spend more than 30 minutes per week if they wish. |
| 3. | All students are asked to record the time they do spend on the work whether it be the bare minimum of 30 minutes or more. |
| 4. | Where it is stated that a task should take two or more weeks then this means you are expected to do two x 30 minutes, three x 30 minutes (three weeks), four x 30 minutes (four weeks) and so on. |
| 5. | Extensions are for those who are keen to do more and extend themselves. |
| 6. | Booklets are supplied but students are expected to use their own art pad paper for the work they do. This art pad is part of the stationery list. |
