Kaikoura is located in the South Island of New Zealand on the East Coast. East Coast Security and Kaik Couriers both operate in Kaikoura and are both owned and managed by Murray Devine in Kaikoura.
East Coast Security (Kaikoura) Ltd is a local, family-owned business. It started in 1994 after acquiring the only security-based business in Kaikoura. At that time the business was only a night shift patrol based operation with one man, working night shift, checking buildings and other places as required. There was no other service being offered before East Coast Security took over.
Since then we have developed in many areas; we are still operating the night shift but now have on call staff 24 hours a day to respond to callouts as required. We install security systems, from basic alarm systems to CCTV systems to protect businesses. As a security company we also provide services for other companies around New Zealand who do not have security staff here.
