When do we play?
Welcome to the Kaikoura Volleyball Club website. Our club consists of one little team of senior girls. The team has been playing together for the last three years with a few Newbies joining us along the way. We may not be the best team but we have the most fun without a doubt.
The purpose of this website is to encourage junior students to think about playing volleyball. When the cool kids like zoe here leave school, we're going to need the younger students to step up carry on our legacy of extreme competitiveness. I mean if winning isn't everything, why do they keep score. Throughout the website you'll be able to see some of the fun and crazy things we get up to whether we're training and competing or might just find a picture of Zoe pointing off into the distance while eating a snow cone. We've got it all. You don't have to be the greatest athlete to play Volleyball or any other sport for that matter. Like Olympic Decathlon Gold medalist Bruce Jenner said "I always felt that my greatest asset was not my physical ability, it was my mental ability."
